Check pincode and vendor details option not working with variable products

  • I have integrated shiprocket and I want the customer to select the courier during checkout. This function is working fine with simple products but in case of variable products it is not.     I have 3 variations for products,
    Pickle : 250 grams, 500g and 1KG
    Powders : 100g, 250g and 500g

    Because if this I cannot put a standard weight of products as it will charge the same amount for 250g and 1kg then.
    Kindly let me know what needs to done.
    I have already tried and reached out to the shiprocket support team multiple times but there has been no proper resolution till date. I have been struggling with this since past 2 weeks and there is no resolution from shiprocket support team as well.

  • I dont think these guys will reply. I actually have too many integration problems and they always have bugs. Somehow this is the only such service in India so im really stuck. I had one such question too but good luck if they ever pick up as they promise a call back but it never comes.
