    Hi, I need some help.
    When trying to checkout. I got an error that says “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” I already enable the payment gateway of mycred still not working. Please help me I’m using woocommerce plugin for the store.

    Hi @prokulit06,

    Thank you for contacting us. Can you please ensure that the account you are using on checkout has enough points to pay for the order? If the user has lesser points than the order total, then myCred gateway will not be visible on the checkout page.

    Yes I have a balance but still, I got that error payment option using points is not working on my end please help me to fix the problem.
