    Dear Experts,

Have you seen any similar case or what to do?

    https://www.candleart.es/it/completa-transazione/

At the end client comment the page got stucked. I have tried to change the style of check out page, clean cache (I have varnish and Rocket). For me is working fine but for country outside got stucked.

From hosting says there is no problem. Only in htaccess is there a mod security to avoid possible injections. And the say me better to ask from what IP has been done the purchase in case of error. To remove this rule or not.

Can you tell me something please? Or try with a test purchase of something without clicking the button just to see if for you got stucked or not. I don’t know if can be due woocommerce, I have installed. And for the check out I have the pluggin [Checkout Field Manager; maybe recommended to uninstall it? (I have the free version).

    thanks,

    Hello joaquin2019,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

It sounds like the checkout page works fine for you, but customers from outside your country are experiencing issues, with the page getting stuck, correct?

After inspecting your site, I noticed an error:

This error may be linked to the Checkout Field Manager plugin, which has been reported to cause similar issues in the past. You can see a related discussion here.

I recommend temporarily disabling the Checkout Field Manager plugin and checking if the issue persists.
Let me know about the results.

    Best regards.

I understand the this error is not related with the server.

    Hello joaquin2019,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked the website again but the issue is still there.

To confirm you are not seeing this error. Right?

If feasible, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and enable some offline payment methods like Cash on delivery or Bank transfer.

This will clarify the cause of the problem.
    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards.

    Hi, @doublezed2

We are also experiecing the same issue in our website. According to the above conversation. I disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce and GW. Still issue persists.

But disabling GW plugin resolves the issue.

I don’t think so that other plugins are conflicting, It’s GW plugin creating the problem.

    Hi Zubair Zahid (woo-hc) (@doublezed2),

I deactivated the pluggins (Pay for Payment for WooCommerce …) related with the gateway payment. And my hosting “edited” a rule of Mod Sec. Said 403 is not regarding Hosting.

In your screenshot is stucked or was wordking ok when you did the test?

Regarding what said @adeelthedev, I don’t know which is the pluggin GW he said solves the issue; maybe: Google Analytics for WooCommerce?

To try to solve this issue and to know if is due pluggins I deactivated. Can you maybe do a “test” of purchase ? Problem occurs when selecting other languaje and/or selecting other way of payment. And when client is outside Spain.

That is very valuable because is the finishing or not for an order.

    thanks,

    Candle Art

    Hello joaquin2019,

    Thank you for your reply.

I think the @adeelthedev means Google for WooCommerce plugin.

However, I tested your site again everything is working fine now.
May I ask what changes did you make?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
