Check out page refreshes instead of redirecting to bitcoin payment

    the problem persists still, and I have additional problem, I added BCH and LTC payment boxes, but Checkout page shows only BTC and Paypal (on Easy digital download checkout page.)

    I got it working, it seems adding defer to Javascript is the reason for the problem.
