Check-out Page Not Displayed Correctly

    Hello, I am setting up a Woo Commerce Shop on my already existing homepage. The only problem that remains is the check-out page which does not display correctly.

    All the Billing Details fields are squashed and the letters of the title are listed mostly underneath each other instead of normally.

    I’ve tried turning off all plugins to see if the issue is plugin related, but it made no difference. I’ve also inactivated the page and then reactivated it, but the problem remained.

    The shop isn’t visible on the website… I’m just working on it in the background.

    Thanks for the update!

    Based on the information you shared, that sounds like a conflict likely coming from your theme. Could you please try enabling Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One as your theme, then disabling all plugins besides WooCommerce. Once you have that done, you can test if Checkout Page still has this issue?

    Hi – thanks.

    Yes, it was because of the theme. But I don’t want to change the theme, so I’m now using another shop plugin which works fine.

    I’m glad to hear that you’ve found the cause of the problem. It would be a good idea to report it to your Theme Author so that they can resolve the problem, should you consider using WooCommerce again. They will be able to sort it out ??
