Logo and header is too big for a company website, it might should be small.
Management guide box should be at the right side.
Add more content to look as a company website. you had nice colors, but make use of the space little.

The top header with the logo is enough.

1. The large purple banner with your tagline is too large, distracting and detracts from the professional look of your logo. I would eliminate it altogether and just add the tagline in small type under your logo.

2. Header 1 is a bit too large. I’d take it down about 10 points.

3. This is more business than anything else, but it can be helpful to offer a 3 different packages of services with approximate prices that people can choose from, and then a custom package with pricing to be decided between you and the client.
