Hi thank you for the reply. Everything is up to date. I think it might be a theme related issue as another member on the forum has the exact same issue.

I had the same issue. I think the latest version of woocommerce has the issue with multistep checkout. I downgrade the woocommerce version to solve the issue.

@immyali to 5.0.0 but you can also try with 5.2

@abhikr781 this issue with oceanwp multistep. I have other sites which have differents theme has no issue.

@abhikr781 Hi i have followed your steps and tried using the theme file but still no fix. I have also tried downgrading woocommerce as @kamalss mentioned but that has also not help fix the problem. Please see below report as requested

@abhikr781 I have reached out to woocomerce support and below is the response I received from them

“Multi-step checkout is not something that is provided by WooCommerce core and would require an additional plugin.”

“I actually didn’t see any plugins standing out that might be adding the multi-step checkout, so it’s very possible that it’s added by your theme. I would recommend reaching out to your theme developers to confirm, and if they are adding this feature, you’ll want to chat with them about it not allowing guest checkout.”

That is the response I had

@immyali please also downgrade the OceanWP theme to 2.0.7 and it will work.

@abhikr781 Hi thanks I have just tried the shared version of the the theme and the problem has been fixed. But the issue I have with using the new theme is that I lose all my customization I have done through the wordpress customizer. How can I keep my changes?

When I normally update the oceanwp theme I don’t have this problem. It has only happened with this zip file installation I have used. Normally the update is done automatically and I don’t lose any customization.
