Check Out does not work

The paypal “Add to Cart” button works but when I scroll down to the “Get Ticket” button a blank screen comes up. It will not let me purchase tickets through the events calendar option. It worked for a couple of days but then reverted back to the resync option. When the support person tried to reestablish the link it said the Paypal credentials were not correct. But when we went to Paypal they worked fine. How do I fix this so the event calendar purchase ticket option will work?
