    The paypal “Add to Cart” button works but when I scroll down to the “Get Ticket” button a blank screen comes up. It will not let me purchase tickets through the events calendar option. It worked for a couple of days but then reverted back to the resync option. When the support person tried to reestablish the link it said the Paypal credentials were not correct. But when we went to Paypal they worked fine. How do I fix this so the event calendar purchase ticket option will work?

    Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Let’s see if we can get that sorted out.

    Please could you try the following when reconnecting PayPal:
    – disconnect PayPal
    – clear cookies
    – clear cache
    – clear transients
    – reconnect PayPal

    Another solution worth checking is whether you have a firewall or application that is blocking communication between your site and PayPal. This might be something caused by one of your plugins or by your hosting service’s firewall protection.
