Check only file extensions not working WordPress 5.0.3

    I should add that Formidable Form support has suggested that I try “Disable Real MIME Check” plugin but it is 2 years old so I would like to stay with something current.

    “Check only file extensions” skip checking real mime-type, this is necessary when server running WordPress determine a type for a file different from the one registered in the plugin (and this can happen often and/or for specific files) , if you force mime-type check this workaround become useless.
