Check new user against database of email addresses?

  • I have the possibility of a lot of users signing up to my site (Approx 45K). I don’t want
    to just create all the accounts as many may never sign on. So can I use this plugin to check when a person tries to register his/her email address is checked in a database and if it’s there(email address) that person is allow to register. If not the sign up is rejected.
