Hi there,

What was the previous version of the plugin you were using before you upgraded? What features of Multi Rating do you use on the pages (auto placement of rating results, shortcodes etc…). Have you deleted or modified any rating items recently?

Can you please try the following:
1. Clear rating results cache in plugin Tools
2. Check your rating items have correct max option values
3. Check your rating results in the WP-admin and whether you see any division by zero errors

Cannot use conact due to luck of key:

1. I had installed 2 plugins which did not work and i deleted them both.

I do not see any remnat files of the plugins left on my CPANEL.

2.I did delete rating items because i felt it would be too confusing for the user and opted for just one. ( i never did clear the cache after doing so)

3.A did as instructed and cleared the cache on tools and all seems to be back to normal.

4. I did not use a code for buddypress. Initially i had the settings Rating results position to show after title and Rating form position after content and that is when i noticed a similar ERROR notice and the fact that the star rating does not load the submit rating button on the groups, member, activity, forum topic pages BUT the STARS LOAD but they do not work.

Set the settings for Rating results position to NONE & Rating form position to BELOW that worked and the stars do not load on any buddypress pages other than single pages and posts. …Plugin does load buddypress options upon activation.

Here are the post types upon activation

post, page, attachmen,t revision, nav_menu_item, forum topic, reply, bps_form, ytinst, content_ad_widget, rtmedia_album,

Select the post types to be enabled.
I HAVE ENABLED JUST THE post and page

BYE AND BYE when you clear the cache the WP page get’s distorted and i have to get back to my dashboard via my browser by tying in the wp admin site url.

Ok thanks for your answers. Buddypress and bbpress are not supported. So by disabling these post types everything works now?

Unfortunately this is not the case. I have to set the Rating results to none othetwise the ratings will load on all buddypress pages namely members, groups and activity. The results being those of WP posts and pages…but the awesome thing is the rating and widget settings etc. Work! Wish there was a way to disable the star rating results from loading on those bbp pages…it looks awesome on the template and ads more ooph..any ideas?

Buddypress pages are custom post types I believe. So if you disable the buddypress post types then the rating results are not automatically diaplayed.
