Check in and then out + notes?

Hey

My client is looking for a way to register when a health care person enters a home and when they leave again. It would also be great if they could add a note to how the visit went. It would also be good if it was easy to adjust the phrases/language used.

Can your plugin do the above?
Do you have advice for another plugin I could use?
