Check if user has voted

    Hi, I am using your plugin with bootstrap modal popup. When a user visit our website the modal will show at the front. I need to check if user has finished voting to not show the modal. I need to show modal only to users that has not finished the voting yet.

    Is there any function on your plugin to check if user has finished voting or not?

    Thank you for the topic.

    At the moment, unfortunately, there is no such Integration available for usage, so it can connect our plugin to the one you are referring to.

    From our side, in order to detect whether the user has voted or not, there are different options in the Limitations tab.

    But, please note, that at the moment, we are not able to connect this data to that Popup plugin.

    By the way, I would recommend you our Popup Survey feature(available in the Survey Maker Plugin).
    By this, you can add popup surveys to your pages/posts. You will find the results in the Submissions section of your Dashboard.

    As the feature is available only in the PRO version of the plugin, you are welcome to contact us via this form for further discussion. Our customer care specialists will always be happy to help you.

    I have realized myself the popup because I am WordPress Developer, I need just a class or function in WordPress to check if user has filled the voting (poll) form.

    Maybe mu question is not for moderator but for your WordPress Devs.
    If I purchase your pro version of plugin, will I receive a support from your developers?
