Check if post comment is enabled or not.

    In post edit/add page there are 2 options under “DIscussion”

    Allow comments.
    Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.

    If user removes the tick from “Allow comments.” that means, disable comments is there a way to check it? a template tag?
