    Hello.

    We have a problem – payment methods for unauthorized users periodically disappear from checkout page on Woocommerce web-sites. Accordingly, customers cannot pay for the order and can’t make an order. Mostlt we find out the problem only when we receive a complaint from a customer. We fix the problem, but it periodically happens again on the same or other web-site.

    Are there any ways to check automatically if payment methods are available for unauthorized users? For example, as soon as payment methods are missing – it would be immediately reported to mail, phone or messenger?

    Hi @katerynapav,

    I think the best path here would be fixing the root problem instead of creating a custom way to alert you of said problem. With this in mind, can you share more details about this issue, please? Which payment gateway are you using? How often does this error happen for you? Have you considered having a secondary payment gateway as a fallback, too?

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
