Check for Logged-in User

  • I’m using the StatCounter web site stats service, and I find that the Blocking Cookie feature isn’t working. I’ve decided it’s time for a more personal approach to *not* logging my views, by checking if I am (or one of my few registered members) logged in. I did some searching about the $user_ID variable, but couldn’t find any substantial info as to what it does. What function or variable will return either a number or boolean if a user is currently logged in?
