    Hi,

Last monday, I upgraded WordPress core version and Ninja Forms to the last version available.

To this date, everything work fine. Tuesday, my client told me that they didn’t receive any emails. I check on my computer and the test email I did was sent perfectly.

Wednesday, my client is worried because still no emails. I check on computer and tablet and everything is fine. I check on mobile and when trying to send the form, I have a message only on the email field telling me that the email format is not ok. But it was…

I went to the form edition and I uncheck the email verification in the email field.

    Everything works again fine.

Does anyone has this bug too ?

    Thanks for your reply

    Bastien

    Hi,

Am I really the only one having this problem ?

Because I check all my website one by one and the bug is on every website.

If you have the option “Validate the email address” in the “require” part of the field in the form editor, it doesn’t work on mobile. I works ok on tablet and computer.

Thanks for reply and if you do some other tests

I am unable to reproduce this on any of my installs so we will likely need to go through some troubleshooting steps that are not really possible in this forum. If you would like us to assist you with this you can submit a support request over at https://ninjaforms.com/support/ where our team would be happy to help.
