There are a lot of tell-tale signs of a fake accounts. Some manual work will be involved, but once you find patterns, you can bulk delete more.
The email name and username usually never match, for example:
sammyanderson637@gmailcom lisamacdonald783
They almost always have numbers on the end because they’re auto-generating a bunch of email accounts, and the only way to do that is advance the numbers:
sammyanderson637@gmail.com
Be careful and look out for years though because a lot of legitimate users use either their birth year or graduation year in their emails and usernames:
johndoe1979@yahoo.com
Finding patterns.
If you see that multiple different accounts have registered with the same non-common domain, you can filter the users through search, check all, and bulk delete:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
In this case, it’s pretty obvious that all users using erpin.org as an email service can safely be deleted.
