Check Boxes Un-Clickable

  • Recently I have noticed that when I am editing a page and I go to click any of the checkboxes on the right hand side, they are not selectable. This includes things like “Exclude from Search Results”, any of the “display” selections and most importantly (for me anyway) the “Declare Image as Decorative” button when adding in media.

    Has anyone else experienced this or know a solution?

    I do not see the check boxes you mention when editing a page or adding media. Is it possible that they are there because of one or more plugins? If so, you might try to contact the plugin author(s).

    If you still think it is standard WordPress, please attach a screenshot and I will have another look.

    Those pictures are not from anything that is standard WordPress. It looks like it is either from a plugin or part of your theme.

    In either case please contact your plugin or theme developer for assistance.
