Check Boxes Treated as Required – Can’t Send Email! – STILL NOT WORKING!

    CONTEXT
    Email is a required field.
    Best Time (to call) is optional (checkbox)
    Best Contact Method is optional (checkbox)

    ERROR
    If the email field is not filled out, the user gets a normal error msg. However…

    – Best Time and Best Contact Method display a “required field” error msg, even though they’re configured as optional.
    – Selecting a Best Time and Best Contact Method is required to send the email…

    I believe this error just started after the last update.

  • What happens if you switch to a default WordPress theme and disable all other plugins? (You can use the Health Check plugin to test this)

    Judging by the reviews, Health Check plugin is not exactly stable.

    Form works fine w/o check boxes. I don’t think its a plugin compatibility issue.
