Check admin rights

Hello,

How can I find out if what rights (Super, admin, etc.) an account has?

A friend took over a business which comes with a website. She asked me to have a look at the site because she wants to make a few changes. The first thing I noticed is that it is running a very old version 2.8.5, so I looked into updating it. But I wanted to run a backup first but I don’t see how to do that with the rights I have. I suspect that the account she gave me isn’t a superAdmin account.

Suggestions?
