Check acceptance box mod request

I’m having the same problem reported by many other users in this same support forum:

No Error Message Appears if don’t Check Acceptance box

Acceptance checkbox doesn’t return the error message

Acceptance checkbox error message

Is there any chance that in the next revision you may include the option to add a validation message for acceptance boxes, maybe highlighting that box in red, like any other required field that has not been filled in?
