• Using achecker.ca, I get that error.

    It’s clearly incorrect, as the language menu does indeed contain text within <span> tags.

    Perhaps the text is added after page load through JS? That may be causing the problem.

    I need to pass this test. What can I do to display the text immediately, if it is indeed being added later through JS?

    Please consider this in a future update, as accessibility is becoming more and more necessary, and we need good results in tools like achecker.ca to show clients.

    Because of some achecker.ca with “Web site engine’s code is copyright ? 2011” wants?
