    Recently I had to contact the developers of the premium theme we use for our site when users started reporting many Error 500 problems.

    The developers did some testing and have confirmed ChatBro as causing the issue. Specifically when opening multiple site links at once.

    Is it possible to restrict ChatBro to only open once on the homepage? As our site has forums users are opening multiple links.

    well I have tested and confirmed error 500 problem (I’ve opened all menu items – 1st level). Then I disabled all plugins except LayerSlider and Isotope gallery and tried. There was no error. After that I’ve tried first 8 plugins, and error appeared. So after numerous tests (I’ve tested every solution 6 times) found that ChatBro plugin creates this mess. So, for now, I’ve disabled chatbro.

    Hello. Recently we’ve released a new version 1.1.* of the plugin. All plugin code was rewritten from a scratch. Please check if that bug still appears with the latest plugin version. Thank you.
