Chatbox not working on Chrome (mobile) and Safari

  • Hi,

    It doesn’t seem like the plugin is working properly on Safari (desktop + mobile), as only it only loads the header but not the message box when clicking on the icon.

    The plugin also doesn’t seem to work with Chrome (mobile) as nothing happens when clicking the icon – regardless of choosing ‘Open Facebook Messenger APP’ or ‘User the Browser.’

    Please check.

    Hi @jouriena
    if this happen, it means that there is some problem with javascript on the website.
    Anyway, I tried to open your website with Chrome, Edge and Firefox and the plugin works well.
    I altro tried to open your website from mobile (using Chrome) and also in this case it works correctly.
    Maybe you’ve already solved the problem?
