    It would be good to add a a floating website ChatBot for this plugin. That is convenience. An automated trained bot with FAQs that could have a conversation with the visitor. Include a list of agents who can be alone to chat with visitor or a message sent to the agent or a support ticket created. This plugin is good but too static as currently is, must give visitors as easy as possible access to queries, it could be the deciding factor on a sale.

    Hello @rockwildaz ,

    We have a plan to add chat support with a SAAS platform as WordPress / PHP is not appropriate for chat servers. We still figuring out the best way to integrate chat with Fluent Support.
