chatbot not working on desktop

    I just checked your website address, its working fine on desktop once user accept the cookies..

    but is seems like the greetings dialog is located to the right side of the window, it may be some conflict with the theme or some other plugin.

    WP-Chabot plugin pass the values to Facebook SDK, based on your plugin settings.
    Most of the things will be handle by Facebook SDK ( loading Messenger, Styles … ).

    is it possible to contact the themes author, because they know there code much better, what may cause conflict ..

    WP-Chabot free version wont add any special styles, no modification for default messenger
