Chatbot Internet browsing doesn’t work

To troubleshoot the issue, enable “Save Prompt Details” under Security or Logs tab. This will allow you to see if there is any content retrieved from Google or not.

I enabled “save prompt details” as the screenshot then tried again. I see nothing resembling a google search in the logs.

Ok good now this means there is an issue with your google setup.

You can share screenshots from your google setup showing all steps completed properly.

You are right, the API was configured but not activated. It now works pretty well.
