• Hi!
    Is it possible to use this plugin to add to wordpress the chatbot my client’ve already had on his fanpage on facebook?

    We tried to conect it and we received an error and it asked us to create the chat again but it’s already working on Facebook.

    Can you help us?

    Hi, @avantiprodu
    Yes, it is possible to run the same bot on the Facebook Fanpage and the Website.
    You can do all the set up by using the web app https://app.mobilemonkey.com/

    On the other hand, you can use Wp-Chatbot, which will inject the script into your website.
    But to use the same bot, you have to go to web app Chat Starters -> Website chat -> edit an existing instance of website chat -> link to the required dialogue.

    Thanks for your quick response, yesterday we tried to configure it but we could not found the way to use FB chat bot, it asked me to upload it all over again.

    The dialogue with the name ‘Facebook Page Welcomer’ is linked to Send Message button on your fan page. You can just choose it in the dropdown.

    @avantiprodu, yes
    The “dialogue” created in MM can be used for multiple entry points like for Send Message button (which is located on the fan page), website chat, Facebook ads, SMS (available for US).
    So you have one flow that could be re-used across channels

    I received this error when I connected to Facebook page welcomer:
    MobileMonkey is not the primary receiver for your page. Follow instructions to fix.

    We see the welcome message but that’s it but we also want to see the questions with their answers I have on my facebook chatbot and it’s not showing, and we don’t know how to make it work.

    @avantiprodu, the error is unrelated to the connection of chat widget, this is related to Fan page settings. You can just follow the instructions to fix it.

    As for the rest, the dialogue is linked to the chat widget, this is working.
    What else do you expect to see?

    We want to see the chat as in Facebook, that’s what we were asking if it does, beside the welcome message, when you open Facebook chat, you see all sort of questions and you can choose which one to read to see the answer, the chat bot, not the live chat.

    Is that possible?

    @avantiprodu, you can change your Welcomer dialogue as needed. Add text widget + buttons or add Quick Question with multiple responses.

    I’m trying to add the questions but it only let me write a few characters as an answer.. I need complex answers, is there a way to do that?

    @avantiprodu, this is not an answer this is the name of the option,
    for example
    1. Add text widget with some text ‘How can I help you?’
    2. Add buttons like ‘Learn About Services’, ‘Contact Us’, ‘Send Offer’
    3. Each of the buttons would be linked to its own dialogue.

    So the user clicks on the button and follows a certain flow.

    I was doing sth like that but when I create a dialog, it’s not showing the answer inside, I can only add some text and the phrases in spanish are much longer than the characters allowed.
    I need sth like this: question -> opens answer.
    I created some Q&A but I don’t know how to use them to show to the clients.

    That’s what we’re doing, thank you so much.

    The only problem is that we can only add 3 options to the dialog and we have a bit more of them, like 9 options so the client can choose an answer, but we are trying to devide that.

    @avantiprodu, in that case, better use the Quick Question widget as it allows up to 11 answers
