Chatbot, Forms, etc output

Hi, one thing I have noticed recently, with the 30 second timer on responses sometimes there is no response output to the end user, however if you check the discussions, you will see that the bot did in fact respond but it was never delivered. I am guessing that the response came shortly after the 30second time limit. Is there a way to edit the 30 second timer?
1. It would allow the responses to be shown to the end user. I know personally I have the bots doing some heavy lifting on the backend and a lot of the queries end up with very long detailed responses.
2. Although the end user does not see the response, we are still being charged tokens for the query and then the answer that ends up in our discussion tab. It would be beneficial to allow those responses be shown to the end user.

Ive noticed some users having to continue responding with the same query multiple times to get a single answers, only to look at the discussions on the back end and the bot has been responding over and over but the answers are not delivered in the chat since it went over 30 seconds.
