    Hello Support team!

    Recently, we observed an interaction where a customer messaged our website’s chatbot stating, ‘I want to cancel my subscription.’ Shortly afterward, the student’s subscription status in WooCommerce automatically shifted to ‘pending cancellation.’

    We are conducting an investigation across various possible causes, and we would like to confirm whether the AI-driven chatbot’s communication is in any way contributing to this subscription status change or triggering related actions.

    We appreciate any guidance you can provide on this matter

    Hi,

    Our plugins do not have the capabilities to alter any kind of order status. The code simply does not exist and we do not offer any such features.
