chatbot button not working

    The chatbot does not seem to be working. When I click on the link, nothing happens. When I make changes in the settings, nothing seems to happen either.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    I am not seeing the chatbot active on your site.

    After making any changes, you must purge any cache plugin and CDN caching.

    Then for testing on the front end, you need to clear both browser cache and cookies or check in a new Browser incognito or private mode (Ctrl+Shift+N in chrome).
