Chat works well. Email template support lacking

Overall the actual implementation of the chat functionality is great. There’s also lots of settings in the control panel. One thing that was lacking was email template support. You have to modify their source if you want to use your own email template as it’s not exposed in the settings. I would of given 3 stars for that but the support they provided was quite good. Usually a response within 2 business days at the most and their support team was friendly and helpful to point me in the right direction for editing their source code.
I also wish that the setting to implement business hours also displayed those hours on the chat window in the front end instead of simply gating the chat in the dashboard.

I updated this rating from 4 to 5 stars simply because the support has been really good. Always hear back from them within 1 day, sometimes within the hour.
