Chat windows doesnt open or notify user when new message arrives

    THe plugin is great but when I write to a customer the chat dont open by itself or show any notification in icon. So if chat is closed the user never knows if there is a new message from my page.

    Hi,

    The plugins adds messenger on website based Facebook customer chat sdk,
    handling message and other things are handle by Facebook

    messenger chat window won’t open automatically when a new message arrives.
    i think a notification badge will appear with messenger icon.
    and user may get notification on the other way though the mobile, email.

    right now – customer chat is still in beta only – may be Facebook will add more features.
