Chat window disappears on mobile viewport

    I installed plugin on all pages on ceriacare.com and it works fine on desktop. However when I tried that on my phone devices, it was completely disaster. When I tapped on chat button, yes it appears and occupies the whole screen. But when I tried to type something, the chat window disappeared completely but my keyboard was still there. I could type something blindly, and when I opened the chat window again, the text string is now in backward order (right to left). Please help me solve this issue.
