Chat window bug

    Hi,

    i installed and configured on my WordPress site, and when typing in any of the fields, and pressing spacebar, this would cause the whole page to scroll down erratically. I wondered if anyone has any insight to this? I have not done any troubleshooting – disabling other plugins, default theme, etc – as my client asked to switch it to another chat plugin he had used previously. But i can if that’s the best route – i would like to get this working for him.

    We’ve noticed this behaviours on some of our customers and in the their majority was relevant to a custom theme.

    Can you please let me know what is the theme that you have configured, in order to try to reproduce the issue ?

    We have this same issue as well, although spacebar doesn’t scroll, it just does nothing. Using Customizr theme.

    I seem to be having the same issue, and we are using the Divi Theme.

    So if your having issues with this and your theme has any custom scrollbar settings or smooth scrolling enabled try disabling it.
