Chat widget on mobile needs to be minimised

    I have installed the plugin.

    it works great on desktop, but on mobile it loads at the bottom of the page, full width, saying “how can we help you”. Directly over our Add To Cart button.

    Is there a way to get it to load minimised….just the small bubble bottom right?
