If you click the chat widget to type a response it is linked to a random page on my site (in my case it’s: https://aistrategy.co/ibm-parterworld-code-conduct/).

No idea how the widget linked to this page.

Same page: when displaying an HTML link it is rendered the background color of the chatwidget – but does exist and can be clicked.

Eg. Entity is price in this example, which pulls up the following dialogue: “All AI projects are unique. Our projects start at \$5,000. https://aistrategy.co/pricing/

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,
I managed to get links visible by adding colour like this:

Please have a look at this web page (click): Cox regression

This works well for me. You can change color but I will stick to yellow for now.

    Hi Crispin,

We have just released an update fixing the link color issue. Please update your plugin to the latest version and let us know if you have any further issues.

As for the chat box linking to the random page, our plugin renders the chat box in the footer of the web page and it appears that your footer is wrapped in a hyperlink. This is likely an issue with your WordPress theme – could you provide us with the name of the theme you’re using?

    Thanks for your patience,
    Cognitive Class

    Thanks,

I’ll change the footer (I think it is catching the last line of code) and see if that helps.
