You might need to whitelist your website.

You can find the Whitelist on your Facebook Page in Settings > Messenger Platform

After version 1.0.2 the messenger itself should translate to the language you’ve set in WordPress.

It doesn’t work with the language. I have wordpress in Italian for the very beginning.

The plugin work sometimes well and sometimes it doesn’t load at all

@francescominellipsicologo If all else fails it may have a conflict with another plugin. Try deactivating your other plugins one at a time to see if one of them breaks it.
