Chat Widget: Chat window auto-opens when page loads

    I am experiencing this behaviour without having made any change in the chat bot configuration. Now when I enter the page where I have my chatbot, the chat windows shows itself. How can I disable it?

    Can you check if you have any value set inside the “delay time” field?

    Thank you so much for the quick response.
    Just as a suggestion… maybe you should use a more descriptive wording for some fields, or even place a small explanatory text saying what does some fields consist on or what they do.
    Some parts of the plugin menus are a bit confusing :/

    Glad it is working now ??

    I will probably add some tooltips with a short explanation for each option.
