Chat – vulnerability causing several call openings in my zendesk support

  • The plugin presented a problem with the vulnerability causing several call openings in my zendesk support. The problem occurred in January of this year and zendesk support limited the entire content of the forum by password. Has this been fixed? Is there no chatbot option for this plugin?
