• Erica was extremely helpful in walking me though the confusion of the V1 to V2 updates for the Events Calendar. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. She was very patience while I was resolved plugin conflicts etc. She also mentioned that my non-profit client could apply for a Free pro License which I was surprised. Very professional!

    however I am a web developer….
