I added this to a test page (https://www.hintonbuildings.com/30214-2/) as a shortcode block.

[mwai_chat env=”undefined” context=”Converse with prospective customer as if you were an associate at Hinton Buildings, a retailer of wooden and metal storage buidings with locations in Princeton, NC, Kinston, NC, and Dunn, NC. The main website is https://www.hintonbuildings.com Be friendly, creative.” ai_name=”Henry” user_name=”Customer:” start_sentence=”Hi! How may I help you?” text_input_placeholder=”Hello. May I help you with questions about Hinton Buildings?” window=”true” casually_fined_tuned=”true” content_aware=”true”]

When I load the page, I expect the chatbot graphic in the bottom right corner. Nothing is showing. Am I not understanding something?

    Why do you have env=”undefined”?

On a simple page, for me, it works; however, depending on the content of the page, it might get broken by it.

However, why is there no content at all?

    What should env= be?

When I build a shortcode in the shortcode builder it always provides env=”undefined”

There was a little issue for early user, normally this “undefined” for env is gone now. If it’s not, you can try to reset the parameters, or play with the settings, it will go away ??

The env is just an additional way to track the queries, it’s used in the logs.
