Chat referrer does not show properly

    Hi,

    In the past, if a chat session becomes an email, its “Chat started on:” section will show the URL of the page where the user initiate the chat session. However, recently, we notice that all the referrer URL becomes something like this https://email.tidioreply.com/xxx, which makes us difficult to determine the start page and the question.

    Is there a solution for this issue?

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I have tested a few times on my end, and the Emails still had the “Chat started on” part in them. Are you not able to receive those anymore?

    Is it possible for you to provide me with a screenshot of the Emails you are now receiving? You should be able to see where the Chat was started too!
