    I’m still waiting for the app to be available for iPhone. But in the meantime, do I always have to press this to “be available” https://prnt.sc/h7m9s6

    I’m looking for an easier way to chat

    The iOS app is currently under review and we hope that this will become available to the public soon. Our apologies for the delay.

    With regards to needing to click the ‘online agents’ link to become available. This should not be the case as you should be listed as ‘online’ as soon as you login to your site.
