    Hello,

    I use this chat on the right corner below.

    If you look, you will see, that chat position at the first look overlaps the back to top button, but then, after you’ll open and minimized the chat, it doesn’t, because it changes position slightly to the left.

    The second position is good. How to get this position at the first look to avoid the back to top button overlapping?

    Thanks.

  • Hi @merkucio,

    Thank you for your time on this one and our apologies for the trouble experienced.

    This has been confirmed as a big within the classic theme. I have logged this to be resolved in the next possible update.

    In the meantime, please add the following CSS to your site:

    #wp-live-chat {
        right: 100px !important;
    }

    This can be added under Live Chat -> Settings -> Custom Scripts -> Within the Custom CSS textblock.

    I hope this helps?
