chat plugin doesnt show on my site

    Hi @badjie19,

    I’ve had a look at your website, but I can’t see the Chat plugin code installed there. Can I ask you to run the setup process again from the start, and make sure you’ve selected that the plugin should be installed on “All Pages”.

    Hi @badjie19,

    Still nothing I’m afraid :/

    Perhaps you could try disabling any other plugins, to see if any are interfering with the operation of the Chat plugin. If the Chat plugin shows after disabling all other plugins, you could try re-enabling them, one-by-one, to find out which one is causing the interference.

    If you could let us know your findings, we can investigate further.
