Chat Plugin

Hi, can someone please help me to find a good plugin to chat?!
That kind of plugin were administrator can create a room were people go in and start talk about a specific topic that were prepared before, if possible, people only chat by or interact by authorisation. Is a kind on audience program.
But i want it to use the db that store my site users.
