Hi – I started using your AI chatbot and it looks good, but when the chat is done, it just ends and the conversation goes nowhere. How do I get the conversation to automatically email to each website owner so they can decide if they want to contact the person they chatted with? For example, if you use a contact form plugin, you can set which emails the submitted form goes to. Do you have a similar feature to send the chat transcript to someone? I am trying to use this bot for new lead triage and appointment booking, which my prompt is working well for, but then the conversation disappears…. problem… how do we solve it?

    Hello @rocketroof

Currently there chat interactions are not preserved. However, I am looing at adding funtionality for “Ask for Help” or “Chat with a Human”.

I am also looking at adding customizable buttons to could drive traffic to specific pages or actions on a website. You’ve suggested “Set Appointment” which could link to your calendar or “Request a Callback” which could trigger an form.

I’ll leave this item open for now.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback, as it helps me continually improve and provide a better experience for our users.

    Hello @rocketroof

Please take a look at the latest release 1.6.5 and see if the user definable buttons will help you out. You can redirect the chatter using one or two custom buttons.

With 1.6.5 you should be able to send chatters to a scheduler landing page or a contact me form on your site.

As for saving the transcript or being able to email it to the site owner, I’m still looking into this. I’m thinking the chatter should have an option to presever the transcript at the end of the session, perhaps emailing it to themself. I’ll put this on the roadmap.

In the meantime, let me know how that works out for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback, as it helps me continually improve and provide a better experience for our users.
