    Hi,
    I got a strange error message when I try to post a message with the chat installed on a blank template page:

    WP Plugin SAC: Name and comment required. Please complete all required fields and try again.

    The chat installed on a page with a ‘normal’ template works well.

    Any idea to fix this?

    Not sure. What is the specific difference between the two pages?

    @specialk,

    Well, on the blank template, there is no menu on Header (main-navigation removed) and no foot (get_footer() removed).

    That it!

    Hmm you’ll have to do some investigating. Are the same scripts loaded on the pages?

    In fact, I got the same error message with the default template (all elements in place).
    So it isn’t linked with the template.

    It is possible to have shortcode in 2 different pages on the same time, right?

    Yes it is possible. Have you tried testing on default WP with only default plugins (and SAC) and theme active?

    OH, I found my mistake!!
    I forgot to add the new chat page on the settings “Targeted loading ? Chat URL”
    Sorry @specialk !

    Great! Glad you got it sorted.
